Return Policy

All orders are subject to a 30 day return policy. No questions asked. If you are considering returning your products, please contact us first. Due to enviromental concerns, we do not offer free returns. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return. 

Exchanges and returns

Items must be returned to us unused with all Sneaker Led tags and labels still attached. This does not apply to any wrapped plastic or paper which had to be broken when you inspected your Sneaker Led. Returns that do not meet this policy will be sent back to you.

 

Receiving your refund

You may choose to receive you refunds as store creatits directly on Sneaker Led in you Sneaker Led account or to your original payment method.

If your order has been sent within EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside EU, custom duties and sales taxes are outside our control and non-refunable through Sneaker Led. You may however be able to refund these by contacting your local customs bureau or by a customs broker. 

Refurnds can take up to 10 working days to return to your account, from the day we receive your return.

Repeated returns

We offer flexible returns to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. We do monitor the nunber of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Sneaker Led account or future orders being refused.

Return Policy

All products must be returned in a new and in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the Sneaker Led tags attached to them. This also includes all packaging, accessories and authenticity cards. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way, or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.

For example, we may make a reduction in the following circumstances:

• the product(s) have been used, worn, damaged.
• the Sneaker Led tags are not attached to the product(s) or have not been returned and/or
• you have not returned any packaging which is considered an integral part of a product.

You will be informed if we propose to reduce your refund for this reason. In this instance, you may (as an alternative to us providing you with a reduced refund) choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.
